We All Make Mistakes, And Have Faults

Mistakes

We all have made mistakes, and displayed an incredible amount of faults, Lord knows I have made and have mine. To say that you are without fault, well, it would certainly be a lie. Psalm 101:7 lets us know kindly, that a liar won’t even tarry in His sight.  I know some of you think you are the perfect little example of what God is calling for in this last and evil day, with your self righteous self. I will give you scriptures to allow you to see just how damaged you are.

If it were not for the grace or God, we would be like the ship tossed by the winds and the rage, that only a merciful God could calm. Know that making mistakes is what we do, as feeble, finite, and fickled humans, but God can deliver us out of it all. To say you are without fault or sin would be an untrue statement, below the scriptures tells us.

Romans 3:23-26

Because of the law, no flesh is justified in God’s sight, the righteous of God is manifested without the law, which are witnessed by the law and the prophet. Even the righteousness by faith in God through Jesus is to all and upon all who believe: because there is no difference. For we have all sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. Justified freely by grace through Jesus Christ himself through redemption: God has set forth the propitiation with faith through His blood, for the remission of sin through His righteousness through the forbearance of God; To proclaim, I say, at His righteousness at this time. That He is just, and the justifier of those who believe in Jesus Christ.

1 Corinthians 6:9-11
Know ye that the unrighteous will not inherit God’s kingdom? Do not be fooled; neither fornicators, or idolaters, or adulterers, or effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with men, or thieves, or covetous, or drunkards, or revilers, nor extortioners, will inherit God’s kingdom. And such were many of you; but ye were cleaned, ye were sanctified and justified in Jesus Christ name, and in God’s spirit.

If we continued making mistakes, and never learned from them, then we have a huge problem. Only a fool would continue making the same mistakes and never gleaming any lessons from such mistakes or sins. We must learn from what is being placed in front of us on a daily basis, otherwise we tend to repeat the task over again, until we get it. I am a true believer that we should always assess the situation first, pray, and then listen for direction from God. But this only came after years of bumping my head a few times, and never getting the message God was trying to convey to me. We are so head strong when wanting to do things our way, but honestly it doesn’t work like that. If we call ourselves children of God, then we are to follow His guidelines.

His guidelines are simply explained to us in His word, the Bible. It is a guide for any and everything we need or desire in life. This will take much praying, living holy and reading His word, but if you are diligent in doing so, you will see shortly, that God is a rewarder of them who diligently seek Him, according to Hebrews 11:6. If reading is difficult for you, please by all means use an app that will do the reading for you, and your only job will be to listen intently and apply what you have learned. Note that knowledge without application is of no avail. You are held to a higher standard when you have come into the knowledge.

Encourage Yourself:

Christ is just, to forgive you for your mistakes, your faults, or shall we say sins. But one must be willing to admit to the truth, that being, we are all sinners, saved by grace. The word of God lets us know that Jesus Christ is the atonement for our sins, not just mine or yours, but for the sins of the world. This act of love was done not just for believers but for everyone in our world. You must believe that Jesus came, died, and rose, that we might have life, and life more abundantly.

Take note,  we are living in the end of  time, things are bad in our world today, and are going to get worse. So now is not the time to kid yourself in thinking that all is well with you and your relationship with God. The best thing you can do is keep it 100% with yourself, and stop right now, thinking you are all of that, plus a bag of chips. God knows the very content of your filthy heart. So be encouraged, be strong, and be vigilant concerning the matters of your body and soul.
